THE PROCESS

1. We start by identifying a leader that we feel God has equipped with the gifts necessary not only to run a church but oversee the daily operations of the projects we undertake.

2. The next step is to build a church-- both the physical building and the congregation. We build the church first so that they can form relationships within the community and establish the credibility necessary to successfully implement the next steps of the project.

3. We address some of the immediate physical needs of the community by providing a well for clean water and proper sanitation. This allows us to establish more credibility within the community by providing solutions to obvious needs.

4. Next we continue to address the immediate physical needs of the community by building a medical clinic.

5. After the medical clinic, we look to the future by building a school that focuses on high quality instruction and providing the skills necessary to be successful in the world.
